As the product is customised, the order cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled.
Only pre-paid orders will be accepted.
Ensure images (logo, etc) you provide are clear and aren't blurry. Ensure your customisation text spelled correctly.
Religious, provocative, political, obscene or copyright content will not be accepted and the order will be cancelled.
Slight variations in the colours can be expected because of monitor/screen settings and lighting conditions.
As this is a genuine handcrafted product, slight unevenness in the symmetry or subtle imperfections are a natural outcome.
